Agentforce is Salesforce's advanced AI solution that enables autonomous, proactive agents across the entire platform, including customer service, sales, and marketing. It is a low-code platform that makes it easy to build and deploy autonomous AI agents to assist both employees and customers. Agentforce agents are goal-oriented, autonomous AI assistants that can perform tasks and business interactions, initiate and complete sequences of tasks, and handle complex workflows without constant supervision.
